Registration Information for All Attendees

Please note the registration fee is nominal for the TASME 2024 Conference held in a major international city like Toronto due to the support of the University of Toronto, Canada, and numerous volunteers. Authors and attendees from South Asian countries may request a code to waive the registration fee. Registration will open soon.

Registration will begin soon. As soon as the registration starts, the button below to register will become active. Payments can be made by credit card, Pay Pal, or bank transfer. Click on the button below to pay and register through a billing provider.

 

Attendees

Location 

  1. Tale note of the time and day of the presentation from the Conference Program you wish to attend. Programs for both days are available under the “Conference Info” tab on this website. 
  2. If you are an in-person attendee, identify the physical location of the hall from the floor plan on this webpage. The front desk will help you locate the physical location of the hall if you need help finding the hall.   
  3. If you are a virtual attendee, identify the Zoom link of the hall from the program page.   
  4. Connect your computer to the Zoom meeting by clicking on the link and entering the passcode provided to you when you registered for the Conference. 
  5. To minimize disruptions to the speakers, entering the hall at the beginning of a session and leaving at the end of the session is advised. 
  6. Additional instructions for presenters are provided on the Presenter Guidelines webpage on this website.  
  7. A conference floor plan may be posted on this website closer to the conference date to help you locate your physical conference room or the Zoom link for the presentation. You may also obtain the same information from the July 5 and July 6 schedules posted on this website. Click on the link below to access the floor plan when available.
